DEAN ANDREWS, Attorney, Room 202, Hotel Dieu Hospital, advised that his physicians will permit him to return home November 29, 1963, and within a few days he hopes to be strong enough to go to his office, where he will attempt to identify this individual whom he believed to be CLAY BERTRAND. ANDREWS advised he had been unable to identify the individual who called him and asked him to defend LEE HARVEY OSWALD in Dallas, Texas. He stated this individual had called him on Saturday, November 23, 1963.
