Thousands Visit Kennedy's Grave as Mourning Period Ends

Thousands of citizens marked the end of official mourning for President Kennedy by visiting his grave yesterday.

Among them was a group of former Bay of Pig prisoners [...]

The 50 prisoners, members of combat Brigade 2506, arrived with Mrs. Robert Kennedy, Mrs. R. Sargent Shriver and several members of the White House and Justice Department staffs, who had played a part in freeing the prisoners from Castro's jails a year ago today. Fourteen of the men were in battle dress.

They stood at attention while Deputy Commander Erneido A. Oliva and Luis Gonzales Lalondri laid a wreath among the other greens and flowers.
