    RAYMOND COMSTOCK, Investigator, District Attorney's office, advised that DEAN ANDREWS, attorney-at-law, had contacted him, attempting to identify CLAY BETRAND. COMSTOCK advised he was familiar with a number of homosexuals in the New Orleans French Quarter but has been unable to identify this individual.
