Gervais, Jonau to Attend Study

District Attorney Jim Garrison announced Monday that his chief investigating officer, Pershing Gervais, and investigator Charles Jonau will attend a week-long seminar in San Francisco on intelligence techniques.
The seminar will be held at the University of San Francisco and will include instruction in the use of wiretap devices, miniature radios, infra-red photography and miniature television equipment.
The seminar will also deal with the use of these intelligence techniques, Garrison said.
